Zafer Atabey started his career in 1991 at Borusan Mannesmann where he took an active role in the Sales and Marketing department for 10 years. In 2001, he was appointed as the BM Vobarno plant as Director in charge of Trade before becoming the Managing Director of the factory where he utilized his experience for the development of the company’s first investment abroad.
Zafer then returned back to Turkey to serve as Deputy General Manager, Sales and Procurement at Borusan Mannesmann in 2008 and appointed as Borusan Mannesmann US Inc. Board Member in 2013. In 2015, he was appointed as Borsan Mannesmann Executive Vice President. Since January 2017, he has been Borusan Mannesmann General Manager and President of the Executive Committee at Borusan Mannesmann.
Zafer Atabey is a graduate of Boğaziçi University Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences.

Mehtap Anık Zorbozan started her career at Borusan Holding in 1992 at the Financial Control Department. In 1996, she worked at the Budget and Financial Control Department of Borusan Makine ve Güç Sistemleri before becoming SAP Project Manager at Birlik Danışmanlık. She was appointed as Borusan Holding Financial Control Manager in 2000 and Deputy General Manager, Financial Control at Borusan Holding in 2006, and Deputy General Manager, Energy Finance at Borusan EnBW in 2009. Zorbozan has been Assistant General Manager, Financial Affairs and FTO at Borusan Mannesmann since 2017.
Mehtap Anık Zorbozan is a graduate of Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University.

Uğur Onbaşı started his career in 1996 at Eleks Dış Ticaret as Export Sales Specialist. In 1998, he moved to Ekinciler Dış Ticaret before joining Borusan Mannesmann as Senior Export Specialist. From 2004 to 2006, he served as Project Manager in 6 Sigma Black Belt Projects before becoming Borusan Mannesmann Purchasing Manager in 2007. In January 2013, Uğur became Commercial Director, Infrastructure Projects at Borusan Mannesmann and since 2015, he has been serving as Deputy General Manager, Trade and Production, Infrastructure Projects.
Uğur Onbaşı is a graduate of the Department of International Relations (English) of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences at Marmara University.

Ali Okyay started his career at Borusan Mannesmann in 2000 as Domestic Sales Specialist. From 2003 to 2006, he was in charge of Borusan Group’s 6 Sigma Black Belt Projects. Okyay became Export Manager in 2006, Segment Manager, Automotive and White Goods in 2013, and Sales Director, Automotive and White Goods in 2014. In 2017, he had been assigned as Assistant General Manager, Procurement and Supply, and since November 2019, he has worked as Assistant General Manager, Automotive and White Goods Segment.

Oğuzhan Kuşçuoğlu started his career in 2001 at Maersk Line in business development. He joined Borusan Mannesmann in 2004 as Export Sales Executive and became Export Sales Manager in 2011 and Export Sales Director in 2015. In 2016, he completed the “Advanced Management Program for Oil and Gas Industry” offer by the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Kuşçuoğlu has been the Assistant General Manager, Construction & General Industries Segment since 2017. Furthermore, Supply and Procurement Department has been added to the area of responsibility of Kuşçuoğlu since November 2019.
Oğuzhan Kuşçuoğlu graduated from the Department of Economics of Boğaziçi University.

Muammer Kızılaslan started his career in 2005 at German company Bechtle as Junior Account Manager. In 2006, he joined to BSH Munich Branch as Business Intelligence Solutions Senior Project Manager and worked there for 5 years. In 2011 he was appointed as Intelligence Competency Center Business Head in Turkey. After working 5 years in Turkey, he turned back to Munich as BSH Global HR Solutions Head between 2015 and 2017. Kızılaslan than appointed as IT Unit Head at Milano in 2017 and T-MEA-CIS Regional Information Technology Factory and Supply Chain Solutions Unit Head at Istanbul in 2018. He joined to Borusan Mannesmann on November 2019 as Assistant General Manager, Digital Technologies.
Muammer Kızılaslan is a graduate of the Economics and Computer Science at University of Applied Sciences Cologne.

Fırat Akkemik started her career in 1992 as Marketing Specialist at ECA EMAS Makine Sanayi. She worked as Product Manager in Komili Pazarlama in 1995, and joined Borusan Mannesmann in 1996 as Product Specialist. Assigned as the Human Resources Manager in 2004, Akkemik assumed the responsibility of the implementation and development of the HR processes of BM Pipe US, and as charged spreading of the Lean 6 Sigma and became the Human Resources and Corporate Development Director. Since January 2020 she has been serving as Deputy General Manager responsible for Human Resources, Corporate Development, Environment and Sustainability.
Akkemik is a graduate of Istanbul Technical University Management Engineering Department and a a certificated coach.
