With a production capacity of 650,000 tons and 786 employees, Gemlik ERW Pipe Plant manufactures products, mainly for energy, safely used both in the domestic market and export markets.

Commissioned in 2011, the factory is among the world’s leading facilities with its technology. Providing oil and gas pipes to international infrastructure and energy projects, the plant is the only facility in Europe capable of manufacturing 24.5m line pipes.

Manufacturing industrial pipes and profiles, the Halkalı Plant provides products to numerous industries ranging from automotive to white goods, furniture to bicycles with a production capacity of 100,000 tons and 430 employees.

With an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons and 95 employees, the Vobarno Plant is a provider well known in the European automotive industry, specialized in the high value-added cold-drawn pipes.

Built with an investment of USD150 million, the Baytown Plant manufactures the steel pipes used in oil, natural gas exploration and extraction wells and pipelines. Recipient of the “Technology Supplier of the Year” award in 2014 and “Best Pipe Manufacturer” award in 2015 and 2017 at the American Metal Market’s “Steel Excellence Awards”, the factory has an annual pipe production capacity of 300,000 tons.

Built in 2016 in the Bursa Organized Industrial Zone on an area of 10,000 sq.m., Bursa Plant processes the special pipes to prepare them for use in the various engine parts of motor vehicles including dampers, seats, driving wheels, etc., creating faster and more effective solutions to meet the needs of customers.
